00 Legal
Every policy, grouped by the question.
Legal pages are usually a list of nouns. This one is organised by what you came here to find out.
01 Start here
What are you trying to check?
What happens to my data
What we collect, who processes it, how long it lives, your rights, and the Grievance Officer who answers you.
Is this thing secure
The compliance register including what we do not hold, named sub-processors, retention, and the disclosure route.
What does the AI do with it
Which models see your calls, whether it trains them, and how callers are told they are speaking to an AI.
What is stored in my browser
Short answer: no tracking cookies. Long answer, with a button that clears everything we did store.
What am I agreeing to
The terms of service — what we owe you, what you owe us, and who is responsible for the calls your agent makes.
What am I not allowed to do
Acceptable use. Short, and every line is there because someone would otherwise try it.
02 Terms of service
What we owe each other.
01The service
TringTring provides an AI voice agent that answers calls to a phone number you control, handles the enquiry, and files a recording, transcript and summary to your account. We provide it as a service; you do not receive a licence to the underlying software.
02Your account
Your phone number is your account. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can hear your customers' calls. We do not have a self-service password reset today, so if you lose access, contact us and expect us to make it awkward before we restore it. That awkwardness is the point.
You must be 18 or over and acting for a business.
03Your calls are yours, and so is the responsibility
You own your recordings, transcripts and agent instructions. You are the data fiduciary for your callers.
If you use the platform for outbound calling, TRAI's TCCCPR framework applies to you: DLT registration, header and template registration, DND scrubbing, and the 140/160 number series for promotional and transactional voice. An AI dialler is a dialler — there is no AI exemption. We will tell you this before you buy rather than after a regulator does.
04What an AI agent is and is not
It is a competent front desk. It is not a lawyer, a doctor, a financial adviser, or an employee. It can mishear and it can be wrong. You are responsible for what your agent is instructed to say and for reviewing the transcripts of what it did say. Do not deploy it as the sole handler of emergencies, medical triage, or anything where being wrong is dangerous — route those to a human.
05Availability
We do not publish an uptime SLA yet, and we would rather say that than print a number we have not measured. Enterprise agreements can carry one; ask.
06Fees
Per-minute usage plus a platform fee, as published on the pricing page. Prices change with notice. Usage is metered by connected call minutes.
07Ending it
You may close your account at any time, yourself, from your account page. Export first — there is a one-click export of your profile, agents, transcripts and summaries, and closing the account deletes every recording, transcript, summary and agent permanently. No soft-delete, no grace period: a “deleted” flag that keeps your customers' voices on a disk somewhere is not deletion. It is irreversible, so we ask you to type your phone number back before it runs.
We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable-use rules below, or that is running up spend through a loop or an abuse pattern. Where we can warn you first, we will.
08Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You indemnify us against claims arising from the calls you chose to make and the instructions you gave your agent.
09Acceptable use
Do not use TringTring to:
- Place calls to numbers you have no lawful basis to call, or to evade DND registers.
- Impersonate a real person, a government body, a bank, or any organisation you are not.
- Run a scam, a phishing campaign, or debt collection that breaches the applicable code.
- Clone a specific person's voice without their written permission.
- Collect card numbers, passwords, OTPs or government identity numbers through the agent.
- Deceive a caller who asks directly whether they are speaking to a human.
- Probe, scan or load-test the live voice path. Every session is metered and costs real money — ask us for a test window instead.
Breach of the impersonation, scam or voice-cloning rules gets an account terminated without notice.
10Changes and disputes
Material changes come with notice and a moved effective date at the top of this section. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Before either of us goes to court, email ai@globalvoxinc.com — most things end there.
Need this on your paper instead? Send it over.
We will sign a DPA and review your MSA. Ask for the current sub-processor list while you are there.
